Policies

Check-in Procedure

  • Check-In time is anytime after 3PM .
  • Check-In time for Special Events is anytime after 4 PM.
  • Check-Out time is 11:00 AM
  • Canadas Best Value Inn Chinook Station considers guests aged 18 and older, at time of travel, to be adults. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
  • Please advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults, children and/or pets.

Payment Policies & Deposit Information

  • A valid major bank issued credit card must be presented at check-in.
  • We do require a $200 pre-authorisation on your credit card at time of Check In. In case of no credit card, a handling fee (non refundable) applies along with a Damage Deposit.
  • Cash damage deposit is NOT accepted.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to ask for alternate payment and/or cancel the reservation.

Reservation / Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation of reservation vary according to room type and date. Please check with hotel front desk for details.
  • All rates are confirmed and will be charged in CAD dollars

Extra guests

  • All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
  • An additional charge of $10+ Tax and levy per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy (to a maximum of 4 additional guests).

Parking

  • Parking is available free of charge during your stay at the Canadas Best Value Inn Chinook Station
